Platinum Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Platinum Apartments and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful hotel in a prime location. We had room k206 slightly far away from the reception but big plus was that area was really quiet and nearby from the center. Their Italian restaurant, Piatti, offered delicious meals that satisfied our taste buds. Also very nice approach to kids! One of the highlights of our stay was the special attention given to the children. The hotel had a plethora of features that catered to their needs and ensured they had a memorable time. The only minor drawback was that the multifunctional room lacked a bar or beverage options, but considering the overall experience, it did not overshadow the positive aspects. The service at Platinum Apartments was top-notch. The staff members were friendly and proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would like to specifically mention a blonde lady whose name I unfortunately forgot. She was instrumental in extending our reservation, which was initially booked through a third-party platform, for an extra night. Not only did she secure the same suite for us, but she also arranged for a late check-out to accommodate our schedule. Another staff member who deserves recognition is Sophia/Sofia. She assisted us with transportation services from Sklarzska Poruba to Prague and her professionalism and excellence were evident throughout the entire process. Overall, our stay at Platinum Apartments was nothing short of amazing. Our twins had a truly memorable experience, thanks to the thoughtful facilities and exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful location, great facilities, and outstanding service. Beautiful hotel with excellent food. But from the beginning it was obvious, that we are not hotel priority. We booked the standard apartment directly through the website and we received room in ground floor with the view on road and parked cars.... no garden terrace as it was promised on the website. That was really dissapointing because we have month after the wedding and hoped for nice room. Also when you have apartment, dont even hope for rope or flipflops. Secondly the hotel is mainly for families with little children so if you hope for romantic hotel or wellness, DO NOT booked Platinum Mountain. Wellness is for adults from 20:00 but without cleaning so the whole place is a mess. If look forward to visit saunarium 18+, the noise from wellness above you will change your mind. So overall it is nice resort but it should advertise itself as hotel for families and children because nobody else is going to enjoy it. Edit: Yes you have information on your website that EVERY APARTMENT has balcony or terrace to the garden...quoting: "overlooking the balcony, or on the ground floor, opening directly to the green garden, providing luxurious relaxation in a fabulous mountain landscape." We had apartment F006, with parked cars 2 metres in front of window, no garden and view on street lights and Biedronka. And nobody asked about our stay when we checked out. So maybe a little apology would not kill you.

General: 5* apartments in presentation, 3* apartments in reality. The sloper installation was in the maintenance till 08.01.2024. No previous information found in the local website. Cons: Full of children, dogs and alcoholics, is not anymore an accommodation place but a playground and circus. Screaming, crying, night noises, dog barking, yelping, doors smashed from morning till midnight, elevator used for funny ......make your own opinion. Dogs left/abandoned inside the rooms all day long.... You may imagine the picture, noises and yelping. The check-in was a nightmare. They succeeded in mixing all the rooms and parking places. They putted us in the building with families with small children and plenty of dogs. The apartment kitchenette without microwave or oven. Few facilities in case of need. The illumination inside of the premises missed completely for couple of days. We learned to find our place by using our flashlights. The service and food at the Greek restaurant....stay away from it! We booked for a celebration.....worst choice ever! Gym room .... Hahahahaha! Pros: breakfast is more than enough and full of choices. High recommended. Decent service and food at the Italian restaurant. Amazing polish soup in the polish restaurant. Better to try it, gourmet style. The swimming pool is large enough, but better to use it after 20:00 when the kids are requested to leave. Enough parking places outside. Hopping you as next customers to be more lucky than us! For us it was the last time booking in this resort.

Apartments are part of hotel complex. Great about it is amazing breakfast, services and possibilities for kids, dinners, aquapark and great desk service. Disadvantage is no room service and no cleaning equipment in the appartament. So you cannot clean yourself and have to pay for it, which is not nice. Also lack of storage place in appartament and horrible mattraces. If you can, stay directly in the hotel. Location is app 1km uphill to the slope. There is a skibus.
